Technological features of straight-walled, prefabricated or prefabricated hangars are primarily the high speed of construction. So the whole process from the beginning of the design to the completion of the building installation takes no more than 2-3 months. It should also be noted that during the construction of straight-walled frame hangars, it is possible to implement a wide variety of architectural forms, create unique layouts and implement bold design ideas.
The spatial rigidity of the building frame is provided by horizontal and vertical connecting elements.
Depending on the technological and heat engineering requirements, buildings are developed with a flat, one- or two-slope (gable) roof. The most common version of a straight-walled building is a hangar with a gable roof – a classic of industrial construction. A two-slope hangar is universal and can be used for any purpose.

RELIABILITY

OPTIONS
In view of the correct approach to cost savings, it makes sense to insulate the hangar premises immediately during its construction. Readicon Engineering offers to do this immediately when calculating the cost of building a hangar, with the exception of hangars where there is no need to maintain a comfortable temperature in winter. Hangars are built in two versions: cold or warm. The cold option provides for covering a hangar with roofing corrugated board (profiled sheet). Roofing corrugated board is quite rigid and able to withstand the design loads. The warm version of a hangar involves the use of a stacked sandwich consisting of the following layers: corrugated board, vapor barrier, mineral wool, wind barrier, and a surface layer of corrugated board. The thickness of the insulation is selected according to the thermo-technical calculation.

ANTI-CORROSION PROTECTION
It is worth mentioning separately that the steel structures of the industrial hangar made of LGST have high-quality anti-corrosion protection.
Zinc protects against corrosion and gives the metal frame durability. The zinc coating on LGST profiles is distributed over the entire surface of the steel. Without a doubt, the service life of metal structures and the building as a whole depends on the thickness of zinc coating.
Zinc coating can be applied in various thicknesses. In this regard, there are several classes of galvanizing.
— P (increased) zinc layer thickness is from 40 to 60 microns inclusive, the layer weight is from 570 to 855 g/sq.m.
— 1st class zinc layer thickness is from 18 to 40 microns inclusive, the layer weight is from 258 to 570g/sq.m.
– 2nd class zinc layer thickness is from 10 to 18 microns inclusive, the layer weight is from 142.5 to 258 g/sq.m.
P and 1st galvanizing classes are used in more difficult climatic conditions and aggressive environments. Rolled metal of class 2 is used in conventional construction. A thicker coating leads to an increase in the cost of metal elements, so it is necessary to take a balanced approach in each specific case. In general, anti-corrosion protection in practice gives a service life of more than 50 years.
If necessary, it is possible to use wall and roof insulation and a wide range of different types of both facade and interior cladding.
All elements of the metal frame are made with a high performance of anti-corrosion protection which provides ample opportunities for use at livestock farms where there are increased requirements for the use of harmless materials and constant wet cleaning is carried out.

FOUNDATION
Although metal structure hangars are considered to be much lighter than fixed reinforced concrete buildings, in any case, the construction of a straight-walled hangar requires a strong and reliable foundation that will last the entire life of the building. Depending on the size of the building, its intended purpose, the geological conditions of the place, and the economic feasibility of construction, a glass-type foundation, columnar or tape, is used. The selection of the foundation is carried out at the design stage.
