Spans
STEEL SPANS
Readycon Engineering offers prefabricated steel spans of various configurations.
Spans made of LGSF profile have high strength, competitive price and are much lighter than hot-rolled ones.
Zinc coating with a thickness of 275 g/sq.m. reliably protects the surface from the formation of corrosion spots for decades.
The scope of delivery includes: Z-profile, parts of fasteners, fixture and certified working documentation (section Metal Constructions, Details of Steel Structures). Consultation during installation is possible.
Profile thickness is up to 3mm.
Zinc coating is 275 g / sq.m.
Structural steel is S350 GD
The height of the profiles is from 50 to 300 mm.
Max. unsupported span – 8 m.

BENEFITS OF SPANS:
- ABSENCE OF LOAD-LIFT EQUIPMENT DURING INSTALLATION;
- INSTALLATION ON BOLTED JOINTS, NO WELDING WORKS;
- DOES NOT REQUIRE ADDITIONAL ANTI-CORROSION COATING;
- LOW WEIGHT;
- COMPACT FOR TRANSPORTATION.
Spans are required for construction of large buildings. Construction of hangars and industrial buildings, warehouses, factories, and commercial facilities requires a responsible approach. Readycon Engineering company uses LGSF spans. These structures are durable, therefore they are in demand in the construction industry. The span should remove and evenly distribute the load from the roof. It strengthens the supporting structure making the building strong, stable, and safe. Therefore, any construction is incomplete without installation of spans.

TYPES OF SPANS
Steel spans are comfortable, reliable, and easy to install. All these types are divided into two categories according to the installation site:
- Ridge – located in the center at the top of the roof. This is a typical obligatory element of the structure.
- Lateral – is placed, if it is necessary to strengthen the structure before laying the corrugated board.
