TECHNOLOGICAL FEATURES

The design of Readycon Engineering buildings provides for the use of LGSF structures which are from galvanized steel up to 3 mm thick and can be of various configurations and purposes. These profiles are used for the manufacture of all elements of the building frame, such as columns, enclosing structures, interfloor ceilings and roof trusses.

Warm wall panels are provided to fill the outer walls, in which a special thermal profile and mineral wool insulation are used. It is a cold-formed LSTL channel, along the entire length of which there are through slots in a checkerboard pattern. Thanks to this profile feature, the heat-insulating property of the outer wall is significantly increased by prolonging the heat path and eliminating the cold bridge. Walls in the form of panels can be assembled at the factory and ready to be installed directly on the site that reduces the time for the installation of the building as a whole. Another advantage is their low weight compared to traditional materials used in capital construction. Fastening of all structural elements among themselves is carried out by high-quality self-tapping screws. The entire structure of the frame building is attached to the base with anchors.
