TECHNOLOGICAL FEATURES

MODULAR building are built from block modules manufactured at Readycon Engineering plant, they are mobile and are complete structural elements. A container-type building is mounted quite simply on the construction site in a few days that is a great advantage over any other type of construction. It may consist of a single module or be multi-block. A multi-block structure can be either one-story, two-story, or multi-story. The maximum number of storeys in buildings under construction from block modules can be 5 floors. The standard building module consists of a metal frame, external and internal walls, floor doors, and windows. The space between the walls is filled with insulation, the presence of which provides for both thermal insulation of external walls and sound insulation in inner premises of the modular house.

Block containers are equipped with special fasteners, with the help of which docking and connection of all containers into a modular building is carried out, both in horizontal and vertical directions, making up a multi-storey modular building.

At the design stage of a modular building all possibilities are created to make assembly of block containers into a structure easy. It is possible to immediately carry out the wiring of engineering networks, install electrical equipment, equip the building with water supply and heat supply systems, ventilation and sewerage.

There is another kind of modular buildings called pavilions. These buildings have common features with prefabricated container-type buildings, but they also have a number of differences. The similarity lies in the fact that they are delivered to the construction site in a completed form. Besides, they are mobile and can be dismantled at the right time and transported to another place. They are characterized by higher requirements to comfort. Pavilions can be completely different in overall dimensions and ceiling height. Can be assembled into one-storey modular buildings.
