Ventilated facades
A ventilated facade is a great way to insulate any building and radically change its appearance, give it a new look. If you want to take care of saving heat and significantly save money on heating, as well as protect the walls of the building from the influence of external weather factors, you should definitely consider a hinged facade.
Developed in Germany in the 50s of the last century, the facade subsystem (together with the outer cladding and insulation) provides maximum energy saving, dry walls, and a stable microclimate inside the building.

The main reason why we recommend installing a ventilated facade is to increase the energy-saving properties of the building. If we take into account only the thermal conductivity of the insulation, then this indicator will be competitive with foam polystyrene insulation which is widely used for wet facades. However, due to the ventilated gap between the insulation and the cladding, the heat transfer of the building is reduced many times.
Thus, a ventilated facade has a number of undeniable advantages over a wet facade.

TECHNOLOGICAL FEATURES
Installing a hinged ventilated structure (a hinged ventilated facade, or HVF) allows to hide all defects of the building (such as structural, wall curvature, minor cracks). At the same time, there is no need for thorough preliminary preparation of insulated external walls, as is the case with a wet facade.

A one-side superdiffusion membrane which is installed between the insulation and the elements of the external facade decoration provides reliable protection against moisture penetration into the walls allowing the liquid to evaporate from the insulation and the wall. Afterwards, the moisture is removed by the upward air flow. This is an effective solution to one of the main problems of houses insulated using wet technology. In this case moisture accumulates in the outer walls of the building and condenses at the junction with the insulation causing reproduction of a pathogenic fungus which penetrates into the dwelling.
The structure of the ventilated facade from Readycon Engineering provides effective thermal and waterproofing, as well as protection of the building from the influence of external factors (UV radiation, temperature changes, wind blowing, slanting rains, and icing in winter). In the warm season the outer cladding of the facade reflects the sunrays protecting the building from overheating and maintaining a comfortable microclimate inside.
The use of strong cladding materials such as clinker bricks or porcelain stoneware (as opposed to thin and brittle plaster in wet facades) greatly increases the life of the facade making it resistant to physical damage. Thermal insulation using mineral heat retainer makes such a facade fireproof.

Another interesting function that a facade with a steel subsystem performs is lightning protection. While a conventional lightning rod does not provide protection against the strong magnetic field created by a lightning strike, a ventilated facade acts as a protective screen, thereby keeping electrical equipment inside the building from fire.
HVF installation technology allows to create or recreate any architectural forms of a new or an existing building.
The absence of wet work during installation allows the project to be implemented regardless of weather conditions that is one of the main advantages of a ventilated facade over a wet one.
OPTIONS
Nowadays the company Readycon Engineering offers 4 main types of facade subsystems. Each is selected individually depending on the type of final cladding and personal preferences of the customer.

Cladding the facade of an existing building with corrugated board

Cladding the facade of an existing building with cases

Cladding the facade of an existing building with siding

Cladding the facade of an existing building with porcelain stoneware
Cooperating with the best Ukrainian and foreign manufacturers of facing materials, we offer the best options for facade cladding in terms of price and quality, thereby taking care not only of perfection, but also of optimizing the cost of the entire project.
WHY IS OUR SUBSYSTEM WORTH CHOOSING?
Working on the Ukrainian market for more than 12 years, we have developed our own technology for rolled galvanized steel profiles for the production of ventilated facades. The direct interaction of our design department with the production team allows us to smoothly and promptly implement a project of any complexity. Creating and implementing turnkey projects, we are responsible for the quality of our products, as well as for the quality of the work performed. Our own teams of qualified installers allow us to resolve any technical issues that may arise on the way to the facade of your dreams.
