PRELIMINARY DESIGN

• preparation of a three-dimensional sketch of a hangar, a residential, an office building, or another object.

Basic drawings are prepared at the sketch preparation stage. This is the master plan of the site and floors, sections, and facades of the object. When fulfilling an order, designers and architects are guided by approved norms and building rules.

ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN SOLUTIONS

After preparing a sketch of a public, residential, or an industrial facility, working documentation is developed. Architectural solutions are needed to obtain building permits. It is impossible to build a durable office or residential building without a plan thought out to the smallest detail.

When designing architecture, the following work is performed:

• calculation of technical and economic parameters;
• determination of the quantity of building materials for an industrial or residential facility;
• preparation of floor plans for premises;
