   Work on industrial sites, metal structure design, load calculations. Hands-on experience on construction sites — from foundations to roofing.

3. Specialization in LGSF (Light Gauge Steel Framing)

   Transition to Light Gauge Steel Framing as the primary technology. Frame weight of 25–40 kg/m² instead of 150–250 kg/m² for concrete — this makes floor extensions possible without foundation reinforcement.

4. Founding of ReadyCon Engineering

   Establishing a full-cycle company: design bureau + manufacturing + installation crew. Own factory in Dnipro, CNC equipment for LGSF profile production.
